At Savorix Spices, we understand that timely and secure delivery is a critical part of maintaining strong relationships with our Distributors, Super Stockists, Dealers, and Retailers. Our delivery policy is carefully structured to ensure transparency, efficiency, and reliability across all regions we serve. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and supported from dispatch to final delivery.
๐ฆ 1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders at Savorix Spices are processed with priority to maintain supply consistency across our distribution network. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it is moved into our internal processing system.
- Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Distributors and Super Stockists must meet the Minimum Order Value (MOV) of โน1,00,000.
- Dealers and Retailers place orders through their respective Distributor or Super Stockist.
- All products are dispatched from our Rajahmundry (East Godavari) supply hub.
Processing timelines may slightly vary during peak seasons, festivals, or high-demand periods; however, our operations team works proactively to avoid delays.
๐ 2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on the destination, distance from our supply hub, route availability, and local transportation conditions. Below is an estimated delivery schedule for commonly served regions:

To ensure safe and reliable transportation, Savorix Spices partners with trusted and reputed logistics providers. The delivery mode is selected based on order size, delivery location, and urgency.
- Doorstep delivery is available for all primary orders.
- Bulk consignments may be dispatched via cargo services or commercial transport.
- Vehicle selection depends on volume, weight, and destination distance.
- Delivery schedules are planned to minimize handling and transit risks.

Shipping charges are structured to support long-term partnerships while ensuring logistical efficiency.
- Distributors & Super Stockists: Free delivery on confirmed orders above โน1,00,000.
- Dealers & Retailers: Shipping is managed through the respective Distributor.
- Urgent / Express Deliveries: Available on request at an additional cost.
Any special delivery requirements must be communicated at the time of order placement.
๐ฆ 5. Order Tracking
Transparency in delivery is important to us. Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared promptly.
- Tracking ID and logistics partner details are shared via WhatsApp or Email.
- Updates may also be coordinated through your assigned Account Manager.
- For bulk or cargo shipments, delivery coordination is handled directly with the partner.
โ 6. Delivery Issues & Resolution
In the rare event of a delivery concern, our support team ensures quick resolution. If your shipment is delayed, missing, or received in damaged condition, please follow the steps below:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the package or delivery slip.
- Email the details to support@savorixspices.com.
- Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 2 business days.
