Welcome to Savorix Spices. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website, your purchase of products, and any business relationship you establish with us as a Distributor, Super Stockist, Dealer, or Retailer. By accessing our website, placing orders, or engaging in commercial activities with Savorix Spices, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1️⃣ Eligibility
To engage in any form of business relationship with Savorix Spices, you must meet certain eligibility requirements. These criteria ensure lawful operations, ethical conduct, and long-term partnership stability.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must own, operate, or represent a legally valid business entity.
- You must submit required KYC documents and business registrations.
- You must agree to comply with minimum order value, payment terms, and sales criteria.
Savorix Spices reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing reasons.
2️⃣ Business Relationships
Savorix Spices operates through a structured channel partner model to ensure efficient distribution and brand consistency.
- Distributors: Appointed on an area-wise basis with defined minimum order quantities, sales targets, and market responsibilities.
- Super Stockists: Handle bulk supply and distribution across multiple districts or zones as assigned by Savorix Spices.
- Dealers & Retailers: Must procure products only through officially appointed Distributors or Super Stockists.
- Exclusivity: Any exclusive territory or rights are granted only through a written agreement duly signed by Savorix Spices.
3️⃣ Orders & Payment Terms
All commercial transactions with Savorix Spices are governed by transparent and documented payment practices.
- Orders must be placed only through official communication channels.
- Minimum Order Value (MOV): ₹1,00,000 for Distributors and Super Stockists.
- 100% advance payment is mandatory unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Invoices are issued for every confirmed order.
Savorix Spices reserves the right to withhold dispatch if payment confirmation is incomplete or delayed.
4️⃣ Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 business hours after order confirmation and receipt of payment, subject to stock availability.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on logistics conditions.
- Delays caused by transportation, weather, or third-party logistics are beyond our control.
- Please refer to our Delivery Policy for detailed information.
5️⃣ Returns & Replacements
To maintain quality standards and operational efficiency, Savorix Spices follows a structured return and replacement process.
- Only near-expiry products (within 8 months from billing) are eligible.
- All return requests must follow the official Return Policy.
- Returns must be initiated using the prescribed Return Request Form.
- No cash refunds are provided; only replacements are offered.
6️⃣ Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to Savorix Spices is legally protected.
- Brand name, logos, packaging, designs, and product names are proprietary assets.
- Unauthorized use, copying, or imitation is strictly prohibited.
- Products may not be resold under altered branding or misleading representation.
7️⃣ Code of Conduct
All partners are expected to uphold the core values of Savorix Spices.
- Maintain honesty, transparency, and ethical business practices.
- Avoid misrepresentation of products, pricing, or brand commitments.
- Protect the brand reputation at all times.
Any fraudulent activity, unethical conduct, or misuse of brand assets will result in immediate termination of the business relationship.
8️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Savorix Spices shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits due to delivery delays or supply chain disruptions.
- Damages caused by improper storage, misuse, or unauthorized resale.
9️⃣ Termination
Savorix Spices reserves the right to terminate any business association with or without prior notice if:
- These Terms & Conditions are violated.
- Sales targets or conduct standards are consistently unmet.
- The brand, products, or goodwill of Savorix Spices are misused.
🔟 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh.
