๐ Refund & Returns Policy
At Savorix Spices, we value the trust and long-term partnership of our Distributors, Super Stockists, Dealers, and Retailers. To maintain consistent quality and smooth supply-chain operations, we follow a structured and transparent return & replacement policy.
โ 1. Eligible Return Conditions
- Only near-expiry products with less than 8 months shelf life remaining are eligible.
- Returns are accepted only through authorized channel partners (Distributor / Super Stockist).
- A Return Request Form must be submitted online or via the assigned sales representative.
- The return request must be raised at least 60 days prior to product expiry.
- Products must be sealed, unused, undamaged, and saleable.
๐ 2. Replacement Terms
- Approved returns will be replaced with fresh stock of equal value.
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Returns are permitted once per quarter per partner.
- Any applicable return shipping charges will be borne by the partner.
โ ๏ธ 3. Important Notes
- Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to improper storage, leakage, or mishandling are not eligible.
- Return window is valid only within 8 months from the billing date.
๐ 4. How to Submit a Return Request
- Request or download the Return Request Form from your Area Sales Manager or website.
- Fill in details such as product batch number, invoice number, and reason for return.
- Attach a clear photo of the product label.
- Submit the completed form via email to returns@savorixspices.com or hand it over to your nearest Savorix Spices representative.
